Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the overall cost management of construction projects, from initial estimates to final account settlements.
- Prepare and manage the budget, including cash flow forecasts and monthly valuations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify quantities of materials used.
- Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and process variations and claims.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare reports, tenders, and cost estimates for new projects and variations.
- Ensure all financial records and documentation comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and standard methods of measurement.
- Proficiency in using Quantity Surveying software (e.g., Bluebeam, Excel, AutoCAD) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIPS) is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
