You will be responsible for managing all costs relating to our specialized projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Your expertise in cost estimation, tender documentation, and contract administration will be instrumental in ensuring our projects remain profitable and meet our high quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, tender submissions, and contract documentation for specialized engineering projects.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify quantities, and evaluate work completed against project milestones.
- Prepare monthly progress claims and handle final account reconciliations with clients and consultants.
- Identify potential cost variations and implement effective control measures to maintain budget integrity.
- Coordinate closely with the project management team to optimize project expenditures and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all project-related financial transactions and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a construction or engineering firm.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, tender procedures, and local building regulations.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage with diverse project stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Proactive team player with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
