Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare feasibility studies, cost estimates, materials take-offs, and bill of quantities (BQ).
- Manage tendering and procurement processes, including preparing tender documents and evaluating submissions.
- Monitor project progress, measure completed work, and prepare progress claims and monthly valuations.
- Negotiate agreements with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Assess and evaluate variation orders, and prepare final accounts for project closure.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on all contractual and cost control matters.
- Ensure all quantity surveying activities comply with local industry regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of working experience in quantity surveying within the construction or property development industry.
- Strong knowledge of standard contract forms (such as PAM, JKR, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in measurement software (e.g., Glodon, AutoCAD) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
