Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects
- Analyze tender documents and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets and provide variance reports
- Manage contractual claims, variations, and final account settlements
- Conduct site inspections to verify material quantities and work progress
- Advise project teams on cost-effective construction methodologies
- Maintain accurate records of project costs and financial documentation
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve technical conflicts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying within Singapore's construction sector
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Office Suite
- In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Singaporean construction regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Certification from RICS or equivalent professional body preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently under tight project deadlines
