Position Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budget management, procurement, and contract administration. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and measurements from drawings and specifications
- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor project expenditures and track changes to scope
- Prepare progress reports and financial statements for stakeholders
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, QS) is a plus
