Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate feasibility studies, cost estimates, and overall project budget plans.
- Develop and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and contract packages.
- Monitor and control construction costs, ensuring all expenses align with approved budgets.
- Evaluate and certify progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts for subcontractors.
- Conduct market research to negotiate competitive pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Provide strategic advice on commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities to project management.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and international construction cost standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 5 years of professional experience in quantity surveying and cost management.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard cost estimation software and advanced MS Excel.
- Solid knowledge of contract administration, procurement processes, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a keen eye for details.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple project deadlines efficiently.
- Highly motivated to work within an international corporate environment.
