Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for construction projects.
- Monitor project costs to ensure they remain within budgetary limits.
- Review and administer contracts, including variations and claims.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and financial statements.
- Conduct site visits to assess work progress and material usage.
- Manage payment certificates and ensure accurate billing to clients.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders regarding project financials.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, contracts, and cost control principles.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX) and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Candidates with BPO experience in construction sector are highly preferred.
