Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for diverse construction projects.
- Manage the full procurement process, including sourcing subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and conducting bid evaluations.
- Implement value engineering practices to optimize project costs without compromising quality or structural integrity.
- Monitor project expenditures, perform monthly progress claims, and provide accurate financial reporting to management.
- Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards, specifications, and project timelines.
- Manage variations and change orders, proactively identifying cost implications and mitigating potential financial risks.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and ensure accurate valuation of works completed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., BQ software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong understanding of local construction contracts (e.g., PAM or JCT forms) and standard methods of measurement.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced project team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
