Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budget forecasts for construction projects.
- Manage the tendering process and evaluate contractor bids for project feasibility.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with financial projections.
- Administer construction contracts, including variation claims and progress payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential cost savings and risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and cost analyses for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within the construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in measurement techniques and standard methods of measurement.
- Knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA, or FIDIC).
- Excellent mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with project management or estimation software is a plus.
