Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for construction projects
- Conduct cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering studies
- Manage contract administration and tender documentation processes
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets and provide financial forecasting
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve cost-related issues
- Prepare monthly valuations, final accounts, and contractual claims documentation
- Ensure compliance with construction standards and procurement regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- 5-10 years of proven experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction sector
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Indonesian construction regulations
- Expertise in tender preparation, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution
- Certification from RICS or equivalent professional body preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in financial calculations
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/verbal)
