Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Administer contracts, including preparation of bills of quantities and tender documents.
- Conduct regular site visits to perform quantity take-offs and verify progress against milestones.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and claims to ensure financial control.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and final accounts for clients and stakeholders.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding pricing and variations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or related construction discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanGrid) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
