Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for commercial real estate projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to determine project viability and cost implications.
- Manage and administer construction contracts, ensuring strict compliance with terms and conditions.
- Negotiate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
- Perform cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project budgets without compromising quality.
- Resolve any contractual disputes, claims, or variations that arise during the construction phase.
- Conduct final account settlements and comprehensive project audits upon completion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within commercial real estate.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, standard building contracts, and local building regulations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard cost estimation software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and financial modeling skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with diverse project stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
