Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all project cost controls including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare tender documents, contract agreements, and cost estimation reports
- Conduct value engineering studies to optimize project costs without compromising quality
- Advise on contractual claims, variations, and final account settlements
- Monitor subcontractor payments and ensure compliance with payment terms
- Perform risk assessment and financial impact analysis for project changes
- Prepare monthly cost reports and present financial status to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction contracts and FIDIC terms
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (SQS) or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for documentation purposes
