As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in our project lifecycle, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational excellence. You will be responsible for end-to-end tender management, precise cost estimation, and the administration of contracts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between creative design intent and budgetary reality, maintaining strong relationships with our subcontractors and project stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full tender and quotation process, including preparation and submission of comprehensive bids.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and budget preparation for interior fit-out projects.
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing and negotiating with material suppliers and subcontractors to optimize project margins.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, and internal site teams to resolve contractual and progress-related issues.
- Prepare and process progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts throughout the project duration.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work done against contractual specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and project quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building/Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out or general construction sectors.
- Strong knowledge of standard construction contracts, local building codes, and measurement methods (e.g., SMM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with industry-standard takeoff software.
- Exceptional analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight tender deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
