Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Monitor project costs and provide financial advice to stakeholders
- Manage contracts, including variations, claims, and final accounts
- Conduct risk analysis and value engineering studies
- Advise on procurement strategies and subcontractor selection
- Prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in measurement and valuation techniques
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and local construction contracts
- Advanced skills in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Certification from RICS or equivalent professional body preferred
- Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities
