We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the dynamic team at ESCO Pte Ltd. Your expertise will be vital in managing the commercial aspects of construction projects. You will be responsible for preparing detailed cost plans, analyzing tenders, and monitoring expenditure to maximize value for money. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and control project budgets, cost estimates, and final accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive tender documentation, bills of quantities (BOQ), and evaluate contractor quotations.
- Conduct site measurements, regular valuations, and detailed cost analysis.
- Assess variations, claims, and disputes to ensure fair and timely resolution.
- Monitor progress payments and ensure strict compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding commercial matters.
- Ensure all financial reporting meets local regulatory standards and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry in Singapore.
- Strong proficiency in Quantity Surveying software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Good working knowledge of BCA regulations, industry standards, and contract law.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid CPD hours (if applicable) and a commitment to professional development.
