Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all quantity surveying activities including tender preparation and contract administration
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimation for construction projects
- Prepare and submit tender documents, bills of quantities, and other required documentation
- Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports to management
- Advise on contractual matters and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Prepare interim and final payment certificates for contractors
- Conduct value engineering studies to optimize project costs
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction contracts and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certification in quantity surveying is a plus
