Hapm Consultants is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage comprehensive project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor project costs regularly and analyze variances to ensure financial control.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and valuations to clients.
- Manage contract variations, claims, and disputes in accordance with standard forms of contract.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve billing and payment queries.
- Prepare final accounts and project close-out reports.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software (e.g., WinQS, Bluebeam, or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian construction laws, regulations, and standard forms of contract (e.g., JKR, FIDIC).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
