Tanggung Jawab
- Perform taking-off quantities and preparing accurate cost estimates for various construction projects.
- Manage the entire tender process, including preparation of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and recommendation of awards.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and monitor project cash flow meticulously.
- Evaluate and certify sub-contractor’s progress claims and manage variations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify work progress and ensure alignment with contract specifications and budgets.
- Finalize project accounts and handle any dispute resolutions related to contract costs or variations.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and financial transparency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry in Singapore.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel for complex cost calculations.
- Strong understanding of local contract administration and construction industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle diverse stakeholders and vendors.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines under significant pressure.
- Highly organized with strong time management and coordination capabilities.
