Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) accurately from drawings and specifications.
- Manage and administer project contracts, including variation orders, claims, and final accounts.
- Perform regular cost control and financial reporting, monitoring project expenditures against budget.
- Source and procure materials and sub-contractors, negotiating favourable terms and prices.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.
- Evaluate and certify progress payments, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
- Provide expert advice on contractual claims and dispute resolution to protect company interests.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, tender procedures, and project management principles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Sri Aman, Sarawak.
