Bina Jaya T Construction Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful delivery of our construction projects by providing expert cost management, precise tendering, and rigorous contract administration.

As our Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all projects are completed within budget and according to contractual obligations. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of project costing, from initial feasibility studies and tender documentation to final account reconciliation. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for diverse construction projects.
- Lead the tendering process, including evaluating tender submissions and preparing tender reports.
- Manage contract administration, including tracking variations, progress claims, and extensions of time.
- Conduct regular site visits to measure progress and verify work completion for progress payment certification.
- Collaborate with consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve cost-related disputes or contractual issues.
- Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide strategic advice on cost-saving measures and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare final accounts and reconcile project costs against initial budgets to determine project profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in standard measurement methods (SMM) and relevant construction software.
- Strong knowledge of local construction contract laws, building codes, and regulations.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
