As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are completed within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your expertise in cost estimation, value engineering, and contract management will directly contribute to the success of our diverse range of projects, from large-scale corporate events to custom-built installations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze project specifications and prepare detailed cost estimates for event and build projects
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract administration
- Monitor project costs against budget and provide regular cost control reports
- Conduct value engineering analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Prepare and process payment applications, variations, and final accounts
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure cost-effective solutions
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or event production
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control methods
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
