We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Sinohydro Corporation. As a key player in our construction projects, you will manage all financial aspects from initial estimation to final account settlement. Your expertise in cost estimation, bills of quantities (BOQ), tendering procedures, claims management, and contract administration will ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving to navigate complex contractual landscapes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects
- Manage tender processes including documentation, bid evaluation, and contractor selection
- Oversee contract administration, including amendments, variations, and compliance monitoring
- Handle construction claims, disputes, and payment applications efficiently
- Monitor project costs against budgets and provide regular financial reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve financial issues
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and contractual obligations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and BOQ preparation
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and local construction contracts
- Certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
