Join Indesign Engineerings Sdn Bhd as a Quantity Surveyor and play a pivotal role in our construction projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills to manage costs, tenders, quotations, variations orders (VO), claims, budget control, and project coordination.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are completed within budget while maintaining high quality standards. Your expertise in cost estimation and financial management will be crucial to the success of our construction projects in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project costs, including preparation of bills of quantities and cost estimates
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor bids
- Handle variations orders (VO) and claims management
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and costs
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procedures
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Quantity Surveying is an added advantage
