Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze construction plans to prepare accurate quantity requirements and cost estimates
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and contract specifications
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering studies to optimize project expenditure
- Manage contractual claims, variations, and payment certifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MQSI) preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legal frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
