Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documentation
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular cost control reports
- Advise on contractual claims, variations, and payment certifications
- Conduct value engineering and cost optimization studies
- Review subcontractor invoices and ensure compliance with contract terms
- Manage procurement processes and vendor negotiations
- Prepare final accounts and settlement documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in construction
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local construction regulations
- Professional certification (RICS or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
