Join Trussco as a Quantity Surveyor and become a key player in our construction projects across the West Region. In this critical role, you'll manage financial aspects from tender preparation to final account settlements, ensuring project profitability and contractual compliance. You'll collaborate with project teams to prepare competitive bids, process progress claims, and maintain accurate cost documentation. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction projects while applying your expertise in risk management, procurement, and cost control.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage contract administration and compliance for construction projects
- Prepare detailed tender documents, quotes, and cost estimates
- Process and analyze progress claims for timely payments
- Compile final accounts and project settlements
- Conduct cost analysis and risk assessment for projects
- Assist in procurement and subcontractor management
- Generate regular cost reports for project stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to budget constraints and financial controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proficiency in construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Experience with cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of Singaporean construction regulations and standards
