As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the financial management and cost control of our projects. You will work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for construction projects.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within the allocated budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to measure workmanship, verify quantities, and inspect materials.
- Administer contracts, including preparing variations, certificates, and payment applications.
- Manage procurement processes, including obtaining quotations and negotiating with suppliers.
- Prepare final accounts and close-out reports at the end of project milestones.
- Ensure all documentation complies with local building regulations and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or a related construction discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, or a fresh graduate with strong academic background.
- Knowledge of Malaysian Construction Industry Standard (MCIS) and relevant building codes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for cost modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Valid driving license is an advantage due to site visit requirements.
