Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
- Monitor project expenditures and implement strategies to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct site measurements and quantity take-offs to verify work progress and material usage.
- Manage contract administration, including processing variations, claims, and ensuring compliance with terms.
- Prepare and analyze interim payments and final accounts.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve queries and facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Utilize cubicost TBQ and TAS software for accurate data analysis and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract law, and standard building practices.
- Proficiency in using cubicost TBQ and TAS software is highly advantageous.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
