Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budget forecasts for construction projects
- Analyze tender documents and contracts to identify financial risks and opportunities
- Conduct site measurements and progress valuations for payment certifications
- Manage variations, claims, and contract amendments ensuring compliance
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets and implement cost controls
- Liaise with contractors, clients, and stakeholders on financial matters
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cost analysis documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and FIDIC standards
- Expertise in bill of quantities preparation and tender analysis
- Certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Advanced MS Excel skills for financial modeling
