Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, analyze, and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Monitor project expenditure against the budget and report on financial variances.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Manage contracts and subcontracts, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation.
- Handle variations, claims, and extensions of time in accordance with contract terms.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all financial records and reports are accurate and up to date.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s construction regulations, local codes, and standards.
- Excellent numerical skills and proficiency in MS Office and estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift).
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills in English and a willingness to adapt to a Japanese corporate culture.
- Valid construction-related certifications are a plus.
