Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project costs, budgets, and financial forecasting throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender documents, and contract variations
- Monitor expenditures against budgets and implement cost-control measures
- Process and negotiate claims, payments, and final accounts
- Advise on contractual obligations and ensure compliance with terms
- Analyze construction drawings and specifications for accurate costing
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Malaysian construction standards
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Certification from RICS or equivalent professional body preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
