Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cost management lifecycle, from initial cost estimates and budget preparation to final account settlement.
- Conduct thorough tender evaluations and prepare comprehensive bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Oversee contract administration, including variations, claims, and interim payments.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial and technical issues.
- Prepare accurate monthly progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial statements.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian construction regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and verify quantities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Professional qualification (e.g., MRQS or CIPS) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in QS software such as Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Standard Method of Measurement (MSM) and FMA.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
