We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Guan Ho Construction Co (Pte) Ltd. As a key financial steward in our construction projects, you'll manage costs from inception to completion, ensuring optimal value delivery. Your expertise will drive cost efficiency, mitigate financial risks, and maintain budget integrity across diverse infrastructure and building developments. Collaborate with project teams to analyze contracts, prepare tender documents, and oversee financial controls. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
- Analyze contracts and advise on commercial terms, variations, and claims
- Monitor project expenditure against budgets and provide cost forecasting
- Conduct value engineering studies to optimize cost-efficiency
- Manage subcontractor payments and financial reporting
- Assist in procurement processes and supplier negotiations
- Maintain accurate cost records and financial documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Singaporean construction regulations
- RICS accreditation or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
