Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documentation for construction projects
- Analyze and track project costs against budgets throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts to optimize terms
- Process payment applications and manage financial documentation
- Conduct site progress assessments and prepare cost reports for stakeholders
- Advise on cost-effective construction methods and value engineering
- Maintain compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, BQSM) preferred
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and FIDIC terms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
