Quantum Automation Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. Tanggung Jawab
- Certify interim payments and valuations in strict accordance with contract terms and conditions.
- Prepare and manage subcontractor claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with project schedules.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly progress claims and final accounts to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Manage and resolve documentation and disputes with contractors and consultants to minimize project delays.
- Conduct cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.
- Review and verify variations and instructions to ensure fair and accurate cost allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveying (Hons), or a related construction management discipline.
- Valid Singapore QP (Quantity Surveyor) registration is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract, construction methods, and cost control principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and cost control software.
