Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and bill of quantities for various construction projects.
- Coordinate with both government and private sector clients to manage project requirements and expectations.
- Manage the tendering process, including preparing tender documents and evaluating submissions.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work performed against contractual obligations.
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain comprehensive project records and ensure all documentation complies with company standards.
- Provide expert advice on cost management and contractual disputes to project stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of standard measurement methods and construction contracts (PAM/JCT/PWD).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, BQ software).
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
