In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the financial and contractual management of our piling and construction projects. You will be responsible for meticulous cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring that our projects remain profitable while adhering to the highest quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budget analyses, and financial reports for piling and foundation projects.
- Manage the tendering process, including preparing documentation, analyzing bids, and negotiating contract terms.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work performed for progress claims and valuations.
- Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and client specifications.
- Prepare final accounts and manage variations, ensuring timely settlement of project financials.
- Collaborate with procurement and project engineering teams to optimize material costs and logistical efficiencies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the piling or civil engineering sector.
- Strong proficiency in construction measurement software and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., PAM, JCT, or standard local forms).
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
- Registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., BQSM/RISM) is highly regarded.
