Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for construction projects.
- Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs remain within allocated limits.
- Administer construction contracts, including progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work completed against claims.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to optimize procurement strategies.
- Identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project profitability.
- Maintain clear, organized documentation for all contractual and financial correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying or project cost management.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., PAM, JCT) and procurement procedures.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Professional registration or membership with a relevant body (e.g., RISM) is an added advantage.
