Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimations for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities (BOQ) and budgetary forecasts.
- Monitor project budgets closely, identifying variances and implementing cost-control strategies.
- Evaluate and negotiate variations, progress claims, and final accounts with subcontractors and clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress and verify material deliveries against specifications.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source high-quality materials at competitive prices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction laws, market rates, and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related construction field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in cost estimation software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, billing processes, and material specifications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
