Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project costs and budgets for large-scale construction projects
- Prepare and analyze bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents
- Conduct cost planning and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts
- Assist in the preparation of contract documents and claims management
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Proficient in cost estimation and financial analysis software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Membership in a relevant professional body preferred
