Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all aspects of project cost control and budget monitoring
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities
- Conduct cost analysis and risk assessment for construction projects
- Advise on contractual claims and dispute resolution
- Valuing completed work and arranging payment certifications
- Monitor project progress against financial forecasts
- Prepare cost estimates and feasibility studies
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS) is highly desirable
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction contracts and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
