Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Manage contract documentation including bills of quantities and tender submissions
- Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures
- Conduct value engineering analysis to optimize project expenditures
- Advise on contractual claims and variations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cost forecasts
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients regarding financial matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and FIDIC principles
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS) is advantageous
- Advanced MS Excel skills with financial modeling experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
