- Manage project costs, contracts, and claims for infrastructure works
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates
- Monitor project expenditure against budget and provide financial reports
- Advise on contractual matters and ensure compliance with terms
- Handle claims, variations, and dispute resolutions
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients
- Prepare final accounts and ensure financial closure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and local construction contracts
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
