Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documentation for construction projects
- Manage contracts and administer subcontractor agreements throughout project lifecycle
- Monitor project expenditures against budget and provide variance analysis reports
- Conduct valuations and prepare interim/final payment certificates
- Advise on cost-effective construction methods and material procurement strategies
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Track market prices for construction materials and labor to inform cost planning
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasting documents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and Philippine construction regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder reporting and negotiation
