YNY Design + Constructions Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in the North Region. We are currently looking for a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between construction operations and financial management.
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial viability of our construction projects. You will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing accurate estimates, and monitoring expenditures to ensure projects are delivered within budget. As a key member of our project management team, you will administer contracts, manage variations, and prepare final accounts for our clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all cost control and financial aspects of construction projects.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates and cash flow forecasts.
- Administer construction contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Measure and value variations, claims, and works on site.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and final accounts for clients and stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors regarding payment certificates.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of standard measurement methods (e.g., SMM7, New Rules of Measurement).
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
