Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for construction projects
- Analyze tender documents, evaluate bids, and recommend cost-effective procurement strategies
- Monitor project expenditure against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage contractual claims, variations, and final account settlements
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and resolve cost-related issues
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial statements for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Malaysian construction regulations
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) or RICS accreditation preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
