Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities and cost estimates
- Analyze and compare construction costs to ensure projects stay within budget
- Provide cost advice to clients, architects, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential cost issues
- Prepare and analyze tender documents, bids, and contract variations
- Manage contractual claims and disputes effectively
- Conduct risk assessment and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and construction management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
- Knowledge of Singaporean construction regulations and standards
