As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to provide accurate cost advice and financial management throughout the project lifecycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects
- Review and analyze tender documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with financial terms
- Monitor project progress and costs, identifying potential overruns and implementing cost-saving measures
- Prepare monthly financial reports and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Manage and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize costs and ensure value for money
- Assist in the preparation of payment certificates and claims management
- Conduct value engineering and life cycle cost analysis to optimize project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and financial reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certification such as RICS or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in offshore/onshore projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, pricing methods, and cost control techniques
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
