Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
- Manage subcontractor agreements and procurement processes
- Conduct regular site valuations and progress payment assessments
- Implement cost control measures and financial reporting systems
- Advise on contractual claims, variations, and dispute resolution
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers
- Maintain accurate cost records and project budgets
- Conduct value engineering and lifecycle cost analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and FIDIC principles
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with Bekasi/Jabodetabek construction projects
